Method:
1. Build 4 bridges each design ( see further detail in 'Asked...ms zhang' post)
2. Place a bridge on top of two level books
3. Carefully lay a 1 kg flour bag one at a time or a brick one at time until bridge collapses( depending on outcome of 'practice bridge' - see 'Gathering method ideas together' post)
4. Record no. of flour bags or bricks held
5. Record any observations ( e.g. pattern of breakage)
6. Repeat with each bridge
